Ted M. Greenberg has practiced law for over thirty years. His practice has focused on federal and state taxation, estate planning, asset protection planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration.
Previously, Ted chaired the wealth preservation department of a Center City, Philadelphia law firm, and was senior trust counsel to a trust company in Wilmington, Delaware.
Ted has frequently spoken on tax and estate and asset protection planning topics and on issues relevant to the LGBTQ+ community.
Ted served two terms as co-chairperson of the board of directors of the William Way Community Center (WWCC), and is a current (and multi-term) member of the board of directors of the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund (DVLF).
Ted received his BA from University of Pennsylvania, JD from University of Miami Law Center, and LL.M. in taxation from Beasley School of Law.
