Jerner Law Group Partner Rebecca Nayak Elected Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association

Jerner Law Group is thrilled to announce that partner Rebecca Nayak has been elected as Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

The Philadelphia Bar Association serves more than 12,000 members and the Family Law Section consists of family law lawyers in the Philadelphia area. 

Rebecca's practice focusses on adoption and assisted reproduction law, with a special emphasis on LGBTQ+ individuals and families. Her extensive experience with these practice areas gives her a unique perspective on the positive role the law can play in building and strengthening families as well as the challenges contemporary families sometimes encounter when dealing with the legal system.

Rebecca will bring fresh insights to her role as Chair as she guides the Family Law Section in implementing initiatives, fostering collaboration, and building a sense of community among family law attorneys in Philadelphia throughout the upcoming year. We are proud to have witnessed the positive impact Rebecca has made in the lives of our clients and in the legal community and we look forward to supporting her as she assumes this important leadership position.
