Sliding Scale Basic Estate Planning Package

During this time of rapid change and uncertainty, the attorneys and staff of Jerner Law Group, P.C. want to reassure our clients that we are continuing to work to meet your legal needs.  While our office space is physically closed to help minimize the spread of COVID-19, we are working remotely. Our attorneys and staff are available by phone, email, and other remote platforms.

Given the critical need, we are now offering a basic estate planning package for Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents on a sliding scale. The packages will include Simple Wills, Financial Powers of Attorney, Combined Health Care Powers of Attorney and Living Wills (also known as a Combined Advance Directives), and, for Pennsylvania parents of minor children, Standby Guardianship Designations.
